If you are a current resident with repair needs, please log into the resident portal on the home page to submit your request electronically.  You can also call or text your request to us at 616-826-5515.  Please leave a message if voice mail picks up when you call.  Requests for non-emergency or routine maintenance are typically addressed within 1 - 3 business days, so please be prepared for us to enter your home during that time frame to complete your service request.
